Israeli warplanes have launched fresh attacks on the Gaza Strip, hitting targets along the borderline between southern Gaza and Egypt.
Two separate airstrikes were carried out when delegates from three Palestinian factions were crossing into Egypt via the Rafah crossing to attend reconciliation talks.
The attacks damaged several homes near the border but there were no immediate reports of casualties.

The Israeli army said the airstrikes were carried out in response to two rockets that were fired from Gaza into southern Israel.
The Israeli warplanes frequently attack the cross-border tunnels along Rafah used by Palestinian, who have been under an Israeli siege since June 2007, to import food, medicines and other vital supplies.
Tel Aviv contends that the tunnels are used to smuggle arms into the beleaguered strip.
