Malaysia "boleh" has improved a lot in terms of "transparency" in Democratic Practices. Malaysia has now, in the coming 12th General Election, introduces a "Transparent Ballot Box". What a brilliant idea?
Why do we still have complains from "Bersih"? Bersih....a steering committee member, saysHow about our request for polling agents for participating candidates to observe the casting of votes for postal votes if getting rid of it altogether may not be possible? Would that be in order in terms of transparency, not transparent ballot boxes. We didn't ask for it.
Ok, we have to rephrase. . . . . "The transparent ballot boxes, for transparency - in terms of observation of ballot papers entering the boxes at the polling station'. Bersih is still protesting... .
