Malaysian Has The Best Transparency in the whole World?

Malaysia "boleh" has improved a lot in terms of "transparency" in Democratic Practices. Malaysia has now, in the coming 12th General Election, introduces a "Transparent Ballot Box". What a brilliant idea?
